1. Consultation Refunds

  • Cancellations by Client: If you need to cancel your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within this time frame may qualify for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
    • Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or fail to show up for your appointment, no refund will be issued.
    • Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule a consultation, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling is free of charge if done within this period.
  • Cancellations by Us: In case we need to cancel or reschedule your consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

2. Refunds for Meal Plans and Customized Programs

  • Non-Refundable Services: Due to the personalized nature of meal plans, wellness programs, and other custom services, these are non-refundable once the plan or service has been created and delivered to you.

3. Digital Products

  • E-books, Guides, and Other Digital Content: All digital products sold through our website are non-refundable once purchased, as these products are considered delivered once the download or access is provided.

 

4. Refund Process
To seek a refund, please email us at info@dietstory.in with your order information, including the service or product purchased, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documents that may be required. We will handle your refund request within 5-7 business days after receiving it.
