Healthy Weight loss Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup frozen mixed berries (can use fresh if available)
  2. ½ avocado (peeled, and mashed or cut)
  3. 2 tablespoon rolled oats
  4. 1 tablespoon almond butter
  5. ¼ tablespoon ground cinnamon
  6. ½ tablespoon honey
  7. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instruction:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend all the smoothie ingredients for a minute or two.
  3. Make a fine puree or blend well.
  4. Pour and serve chilled.
  5. Adding ice is optional and can be added while blending or serving.
  6. Serve as desired.
