Pineapple Weight Loss Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple pieces
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ avocado (peeled and mashed or just peel)
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Blend all smoothie ingredients into a fine puree
- Pour the smoothie into a glass or mason jar.
- Serve chilled.
- Consume anytime or replace with meals.
