Ingredients
- 1 cup whole green gram moong soaked for 8-9 hrs and drained.
- 2 green chillies
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for greasing

Method:
- Blend together all the ingredients like green gram, green chillies, ginger, cumin seeds, and salt along with some water into a smooth batter and transfer it in a bowl.
- To prepare a dosa, heat a non-stick tawa, pour batter in a centre and spread to make a thin disc. Drizzle some oil on sides of the disc and cook till it is golden brown downside, flip it and cook the other side for 30 sec. Flip again and fold it into a triangle and transfer on a plate.
