Oats
Instructions:
- Oatmeal: 1 packet
- Milk: ½ cup (can use water or non-dairy milk)
- Mixed fruits toppings: 1 tablespoon
- 1 tablespoon mixed nuts: 1 tablespoon
Preparation:
- Add the instant oatmeal packet to the jar or bowl.
- Add chia seeds or can skip them if you don’t prefer.
- Give a mix
- Stir them well
- Cover the lid of jar or bowl tightly. Place it in a refrigerator and soak it overnight.
- Add fruits and nut topping before serving, or have it directly
