30 Jul 2024 Admin 0 Comments July 30, 2024 Quinoa PastaIngredientsQuinoa: 3-4 spoons (15-20gms raw)Peas: 2-3 spoonsMushrooms: 2-3 spoons (optional)Beans: 3-4Onion: 1 smallCapsicum: ½ -1 smallCarrots: 1 smallMustard seeds: ½ teaspoonCurry patta: 2-3Oil/ ghee: ½ spoonPREPARATION:Put half spoon ghee in the pan, add mustard seeds, curry patta, chopped onion, and cook for some time.Add all the vegetables and keep for some time on slow flame.Add quinoa and approx 1 glass of water.Continuously stir the mixture and add salt and garam masala.Add lemon juice, and keep for 6-10 minutes on slow flame.Serve hot.
