Sprouted Moong Dal Cheela

Ingredients:
  1. Sprouted green moong dal- ½ cup
  2. 1 tablespoon white oats – you can roast a little on tawa if you want
  3. 1 tablespoon black gram floor (besan)
  4. Fresh methi leaves – ½ cup – if in season
  5. Chopped onion, ginger, coriander leaves and green chillies (optional)
  6. Salt and red chilli as per taste
 Methods:
  1. Blend sprouts, oats, besan, methi leaves with a little water to make a paste.
  2. Add onion, ginger, coriander and green chilli to the smooth blended paste.
  3. Add salt and other seasonings.
  4. Heat the tawa and roll the batter onto it.
  5. Cook from both the sides.
  6. Serve with green chutney (coriander and mint)
